Site Security Services that guard your site when you cannot
Who is watching your site tonight? Quite a sensible question. Gates shut, lights were off, and everyone went home. At this time, trouble likes to begin.
Barzo Security Services offers Site Security Services to landlords, business owners and builders. Our services are available statewide throughout Southern California, with our office in Riverside. While you sleep, our guards are on time, vigilant and protecting your property.
Briefly describe your site. We’ll make the rest of the plan.
What goes wrong when a site is left alone
A vacant spot is an invitation to trouble! Tools go missing. Fences get cut. Strangers come and do stuff to stuff. Strangers come and do stuff to stuff.
The value of the stolen goods is less than the cost. Operations are suspended, waiting for new supply. Life insurance policies accumulate. You waste time, and your clients lose their patience.
This can be largely prevented. Mobile security guards, nighttime patrols and cameras are a difficult target. Thieves seek easy targets. They avoid the ones with eyes on them.
A day on your site, watched from gate to gate
Our Site Security Services are on schedule with your workday.
A guard is given the key to the gate in the early morning. Logging in each worker and each delivery. Only the right workers pass through.
The guard works during the day and watches the yard. Visitors sign in. Loose equipment is stored safely. If anything is amiss, the guard will shout out quickly. At the end of work, the guard walks the entire site. Doors are checked. Gates are locked. Lights are tested.
Now the quiet time has come. Patrols continue to move, and CCTV systems are constantly monitoring. If an alarm is activated, our alarm response team verifies it and responds immediately.
Building sites need their own kind of cover
Dynamic Hazards
Every week, a building site is different. New walls rise. New hazards appear—care is needed for all skips, scaffolds and open trenches.
Proactive Planning
This is why many of the construction site security companies seek to know the functioning of construction sites in the initial stage. We know your layout, hours and delivery times. We then plan around them.
Access & Asset Care
The Site Security Services for builders include gates, cabins and stock. We have construction security guards to monitor access to and from the site. They provide care for tools and materials. They also see open gates or unguarded fences before thieves do.
Joint Site Walkthroughs
Good site security construction work isn't a standing still affair. It's the knowledge of where the weak points are. We walk the site with your manager, point them out and agree on a fix.
Flexible Coverage
Our construction security services also come in handy during heavy delivery days and at quiet weekends when a site can be left unattended and temptable.
Offices, shops and towers need cover too
Not all sites will have a crane. Beware of a steady gaze, as this is required for offices, shops, car parks and tall towers.
Our commercial building security guards greet visitors, check passes and watch the lobby. They assist late work staff. They also inspect lifts, stairwells and loading bays, which are places that can cause trouble.
Building site security services are tailored to the usage of the building. The face at the door of the shop is friendly. Control must be installed on each floor of a tower. The cover is shaped to match the design.
Have a launch or party in mind? We have an event security team that can help. Our VIP protection team will take care of guests with special needs.
Patrols That Cover the Gaps
Mobile Patrol Teams
A single guard may not be adequate for some sites due to their size or distance from each other. Some only require a visit occasionally. The security patrol service is there to help.
Predetermined Routes
Mobile patrol teams operate within the given sites on a predetermined route. They inspect locks, lights and fences and let you know if there are any problems.
Keyholding & Alarm Response
You can also leave your keys with us, and if an alarm is triggered, someone will be waiting for you!
Cost-Effective Hybrid Security
Mix patrols with our on site security services, and you get cover that fits your budget. A guard stays where you need one. A patrol covers the rest.
