We provide unarmed and armed security services, mobile patrol, event security, and on-site guarding. The scope of services is defined in signed agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding property and security needs

• Notify us of any security incidents or breaches

• Pay service fees according to agreed terms

4. Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

5. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for service cancellations unless otherwise agreed. Short-notice cancellations may result in full or partial charges.

6. Limitation of Liability
Barzo Security Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the 30 days preceding any claim.

7. Confidentiality
All client information and operational details will be treated with strict confidentiality, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time due to violations of these Terms or unlawful activity. Clients may also terminate services by providing written notice as outlined in their contract.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within California.

10. SMS Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Barzo Security Services. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Barzo Security Services, you may receive messages related to the following

* Service updates: hourly reports, Daily activity reports, etc

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 20 SMS messages per week related to your business contract with Barzo security services.
